COMO FAZER UM ORÇAMENTO

Quanto você ganha por mês? Essa é uma pergunta fácil de responder, mas você sabe exatamente quanto você gasta por mês? E você é daqueles que acabam no vermelho?

Para se desenrolar, existe uma fórmula quase mágica: fazer um orçamento. "Na prática, é botar de lado o quanto você ganha e o quanto você gasta, para ver no fim o que sobra. Essa relação pronta é o seu orçamento", simplifica Luís Carlos Ewald, professor de Economia.

Lápis e papel na mão para aprender a calcular seus gastos no mês. O professor de Economia, Luís Carlos Ewald, listou os itens fundamentais desse orçamento.

- Morar

"Morar, você tem que pensar primeiramente no aluguel, depois no condomínio, nas despesas que você tem dentro de casa para morar", diz ele.

- Comer

"Nós estamos em um restaurante, mas o que pesa mesmo é supermercado, feira, açougue, padaria", enumera o economista.

- Estudar

Além da mensalidade, aqui entra transporte, material escolar, livros e revistas. Veja essa dica: "Eu vim estudar na livraria porque tem maior variedade de livros e, hoje em dia, os livros estão muito caros", comenta a estudante Cinara Gomes.

- Saúde

Temos que somar os seguros mais médico, dentista e remédios.

- Vestir

"Tem que ser classificada a roupa de homem, a roupa de mulher, a roupa das crianças e o calçado de homem, de mulher e de criança. De preferência, comprar tudo em liquidação", indica o professor Luís.

- Cuidados Pessoais

"Não deixa para fazer quinta, sexta e sábado, porque é mais caro", adverte Luís Carlos.

- Ir e Vir

Marque os gastos de passagens de ônibus e metrô. Se você tiver carro, combustível, oficina e o seguro.

- Lazer

Inclua clubes, cinema, teatro e restaurantes.

O próximo passo agora é saber se os gastos com cada item do orçamento estão corretos. Para isso, existe um comportamento padrão do brasileiro. Quanto se deve gastar com cada item do orçamento?

"A Fundação Getúlio Vargas apurou que a família padrão brasileira gasta 30% em habitação e moradia, 25% em alimentação, 12% em saúde e cuidados pessoais, 8% em educação e cultura", explica o professor de Economia, Luís Carlos Ewald.

E mais 15% em transporte, 5% em vestuário e 5% em despesas diversas. Vanessa e Marcos estão quebrando a cabeça para conseguir isso. O casal tem dois filhos e, há dois anos, financiou um apartamento.

"No total, ganhamos R$ 1250", conta Vanessa.

Para fazer seu orçamento, ela tem que somar as despesas no mês. No fim, percebe que passou de R$ 1300.

O professor começa sugerindo cortes na energia elétrica. "Vocês estão gastando mais de R$ 60. Eu acho que tinha que ser pelo menos a metade", diz ele.

"Vou ensinar as crianças a desligar a luz e ver uma coisa que está podendo cortar", diz Vanessa.

"Podem cortar pelo menos 50% do telefone. Ia render mais uns R$ 35, R$ 40 por mês e ajuda no pagamento do cartão", comenta Luís Carlos.

"Todo mundo hoje está gastando o que não pode com celular e abusando disso. Usa o telefone fixo que é muito mais barato", lembra o professor.

Ele manda eliminar também o cartão de crédito. "Eu uso ele como refúgio. Acabou, não tem mais dinheiro, vai no cartão, porque eu não posso deixar de faltar alguma coisa em casa. Já tive que vender uma moto para tentar quitar. Quitei, mas no outro mês já começou a dívida de novo", diz Marcos.

"Uma boa saída para isso é você apelar para os parentes e ver, por exemplo, se você tem um tio ou um cunhado que tem dinheiro na poupança, ganhando, no máximo, 1% ao mês. Pede dinheiro emprestado a ele. Paga você 1% ao mês", indica Luís Carlos.

"Se vocês, daqui para frente, começarem a, uma vez por semana, no mínimo, anotar tudo o que gastaram, quando chegar no fim do mês vocês vão ver que vão poder economizar muito mais cortando gastos que são supérfluos por não ter administração do orçamento", garante o economista.

Como fazer toques de celular (ringtones)

Tutorial de como fazer ringtones utilizando programas open-source. Aprenda a fazer seu toque para celular em 4 minutos.

Em um artigo do site Mobilook (veja link abaixo), foram dados algumas dicas de como fazer ringtones. Segundo o site, 4 bilhões de dólares foram recebidos na venda de ringtones. Veja abaixo alguns passos de como fazer toques para celular sem segredos e visite o artigo completo.

Como fazer um ringtone?

Você irá precisar de:

- Um celular com suporta a ringtone MP3.
- CD ou MP3 da música.
- Algum método para transferir o MP3 para o celular (USB, Bluetooth, E-mail, etc).
- Programa de edição/conversão áudio para exportar MP3 (Veja o programa open-source e grátis Audacity).


Primeiro Passo

Se você estiver criando o toque de celular a partir de um CD, primeiro extraia ele para formado WAV e depois transforme para MP3 com seu programa de edição de áudio.

Caso já tenha o MP3, apenas copie em uma pasta diferente para não perder a versão original.


Segundo passo - Convertendo MP3

Antes que o programa Audacity consiga exportar o MP3, você precisará fazer download do LAME, que tem é um programa de compressão de áudio.

Rode o programa Audacity e vá no menu Audacity -> Preferences -> Find Library. Navegue no LAME Library no seu HD e selecione. É recomendável utilizar a qualidade 128 kbps.

No menu de File do programa, selecione Open e escolha sua música. Agora você precisará navegar pela música para encontrar de 10 a 15 segundos que serão utilizados como ringtone. O programa já vem com alguns efeitos de com que podem ser utilizados livremente.

Depois de brincar com as ferramentas de edição, clique em File -> Export -> Selection as MP3.


Segundo passo - PC para Celular
